Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with a purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to coin packs, the Premium Weapon Bundle, the Ad-Free Farm upgrade, and Farm Pass payments.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request one, visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout, or contact Ross & Sons Digital LTD and we will help you raise the request. Have your order reference from the receipt email ready if you can — it makes things faster.

Once approved, the refund is returned to your original payment method. How quickly it appears depends on your bank or card issuer, and is usually a few business days.

Cancelling the Farm Pass

You can cancel the Farm Pass subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals, and your Farm Pass benefits stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling on its own does not create a refund — if you would also like your most recent payment refunded within the 30-day window, request it as described above.

After a refund

When a purchase is refunded, the items it granted are removed from your account. Refunded coins are deducted from your barn coin balance, unlocked weapons and outfits are locked again, and ad-free play ends. Coins you earn by playing the game are always yours and are never affected by a refund.
