1. Who you are contracting with

Pigman Farm Defenders (the "Game") is provided by Ross & Sons Digital LTD ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, playing the Game, or buying anything inside it, you enter into an agreement with Ross & Sons Digital LTD on these terms.

If you are under the age required to form a binding contract where you live, you may only use the Game with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf. If you are using the Game on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Accepting these terms

By continuing to use the Game you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Game. We may update these terms as the Game changes; continued play after an update means you accept the updated terms.

3. What the Game is

The Game is a cartoon farm-defense browser game. It is free to play. Optional purchases add in-game currency ("barn coins"), unlock cosmetic outfits and extra weapons, remove advertising, or provide a recurring Farm Pass subscription. All purchased items are digital, exist only inside the Game, and have no monetary value outside it.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Please give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else is using your account.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the Game for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive;
• send spam, harass other players, or impersonate anyone;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or other rights;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the Game — including uploading malware, probing or scanning our systems, scraping, or bypassing technical limits;
• cheat, exploit bugs to generate coins or unlocks, reverse engineer the Game, or resell or redistribute any part of it.

6. Licence and intellectual property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to play the Game and use the items you have unlocked, for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Ross & Sons Digital LTD retains ownership of the Game and everything in it, including the software, artwork, characters, audio, and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers that ownership to you.

7. Service availability

We work hard to keep the Game running, but we cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Features may change, and we may add, alter, or retire content, areas, or items. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Payments, subscriptions, and taxes

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, currency, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Prices are shown before you confirm a purchase and include applicable taxes where required.

The Farm Pass is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; your Farm Pass benefits continue until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it will not renew after that. One-time purchases (coin packs, the weapon bundle, and the Ad-Free Farm upgrade) are charged once and remain on your account. See our Refund Policy and Pricing page.

9. Advertising

The free Game shows advertising. You can remove advertising by buying the Ad-Free Farm upgrade or by holding an active Farm Pass.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay for a purchase, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable use rules. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will warn you first. You may stop playing and close your account at any time. When access ends, unused in-game items and coins are forfeited, except where refund rights apply.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or related to the Game is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the Game or your breach of these terms.

13. General

You may not assign your rights under these terms without our consent; we may assign ours as part of a merger, acquisition, or reorganisation. Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
